§ 50-142. Local origination and cablecasting.

The grantee's proposal shall include detailed information on plans, if any, for local origination, origination cablecasting, automated channels carrying information from local sources, variety of origination programming, review of and incorporation of the needs and reports of the city, channel allocations, estimated programming hours, equipment, personnel and other resources committed to local origination production.
