§ 50-119. Computer services.

The grantee shall design and construct a system (serving residential and institutional users) that will accommodate interactive data communications. Further, the system shall accommodate interactive communications of point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and multipoint-to-multipoint communications between subscribers or potential subscribers.
